解读上海社保基金新规则:一切养命钱看护不得疏漏

    上海市政府1日正式公布《上海市社会保险基金财务管理办法》，以加强当地社保基金监管。解读这项新规定，不难注意到其中凸显出的三个关键词。

    关键词:一切养命钱

    条文“本办法适用于本市各级社会保险经办机构经办的城镇职工基本养老保险基金、失业保险基金、城镇职工基本医疗保险基金、工伤保险基金、生育保险基金、小城镇基本社会保险基金、外来从业人员综合保险基金等社会保险基金。”

    解读新规定的适用范围，除养老、失业、医疗、生育、工伤等五项基本社会保险基金之外，还结合上海实际，将小城镇保险基金、外来从业人员综合保险基金纳入其中，农村养老保险基金、残疾人就业保障金等也参照执行。由此，新规定的效力将包括当地百姓的所有各项“养命钱”。这意味着，上海正在推进的社保基金制度建设，将不会疏漏对任何一类“养命钱”的看护。   (搜狐)
