奶牛也上保险了！

    近日，中国人保财险锡林郭勒盟分公司与锡林浩特市人民政府、锡盟农牧业局经多次协商，最终达成合作意向，锡林郭勒盟政策性奶牛保险创新试点项目正式启动。从2007年5月开始，在三年内中国人保财险将承保锡林浩特市政策性奶牛保险业务，保费由政府和奶户分别承担25%和75%。2007年，锡林浩特市政府准备年内总投入40万元用于奶牛保险试点项目，一期启动资金15万元将于5月份到位。

    据介绍，根据奶农支付能力差异，保险金额分别设计了8000元、7000元、6000元和5000元四个档次，保险费率统一确定为4%。参保奶牛总规模为10000头，总保费约为260万元。

    在开展试点前，中国人保财险内蒙古分公司专门就锡林郭勒盟政策性奶牛保险试点项目积极与监管部门沟通，获得内蒙古保监局的大力支持，将其纳入创新试点项目进行管理，并给予期限保护权、专属代理权、优先审批权、优先协调权等鼓励支持政策。
