新房贷险可夫妻共保

    为吸引按揭购房一族自愿投保，保险公司开始推出升级换代房贷险。记者昨日获悉，平安产险率先在福建省内各地推出了可以夫妻共保的房贷险新品。

    据了解，购买房贷险后，贷款人如果因意外伤害事故死亡或伤残，丧失全部或部分还贷能力，或者由于火灾等因素导致房屋损坏，可由保险公司代为偿还相应的全部或部分贷款，既不向借款人或其家人追索代偿款，也不收回购置的房产。

    平安产险福建分公司的有关人士表示，与以往房贷险不同，此次推出的“和谐人生”房贷险的保险对象由一人增加到了两人，即无论投保人夫妻双方中任何一方遭受保险事故，夫妻双方的还贷责任将全部由保险公司承担。
