慕尼黑再购入劳合社一经纪公司

    德国慕尼黑再保险公司日前表示，公司已购入劳合社在伦敦的经纪公司Bell& Clements Ltd，但未透露交易价和条款。

    据悉，该公司是一家在英国和美国的总代理商，通过维吉尼亚的Bell& Clements Inc.在美国经营业务。代表慕尼黑再和其他保险商，Bell& Clements打理的主要业务量约合3亿美元，包括产权和小型商业业务。

    慕尼黑再董事Georg Daschner表示：“该交易是公司近日宣布的实现底线增长策略的第一步。我们在努力提高各种保险和再保险的承保能力，以探索更多业务的可能性。”
