电话售保险受规范管理 保监会:防止骚扰事件发生

    对于电话骚扰消费者的行为，保监会上午正式出台规定，要求保险公司要加强对电销专用产品的呼出管理。

    《通知》规定，保险公司可以开发专门用于电销渠道销售的保险专用产品，但保险公司必须在场所设置、人员配备、内控制度以及电销运营基础设施建设等方面满足相关条件，开发电销专用产品应当由总公司报送中国保监会审批。《通知》还要求，保险公司要加强对电销专用产品的呼出管理，防止骚扰事件发生。保险公司应当对电销专用产品实行统一管理，并实行自主经营，从而避免与其它销售渠道发生冲突。
