新款房贷险夫妻可共同投保

    无论投保人夫妻双方中任何一方遭受保险事故，夫妻双方的还贷责任将全部由保险公司承担。近日，一款新的住房抵押贷款保障保险在汉正式上市。

    以往的房贷险，如借款人意外死亡，无力偿还银行贷款者，银行将会收回借款人的房产。而平安财险在汉推出的新房贷险中，夫妻双方可共为投保人，如果夫妻双方中任何一方意外全残或意外死亡，未还完的房贷将由保险公司偿还，住房仍归借款人所有。

    据介绍，该款新房贷险既能保障银行资产信贷还贷的权益，又能满足按揭客户针对单纯还贷保证予以保障的需求，适用于因意外伤害事故所致死亡和伤残保障。保险对象为按揭贷款购房的个人，保险期限可选，夫妻可共为投保人。

    以贷款30万，贷款期限15年，等额本息付款为例，正常贷款月供为2551元；而投保该款房贷险后，每月仅需多支付10元左右。合同开始后，万一借款人意外死亡或者伤残，剩余的贷款将全部或部分由保险公司替借款人偿还给银行，住房仍归借款人所有。

    据悉，该款房贷险自年初获准在上海等7大城市销售以来，引起了广泛关注。各试点城市的第一单业务，都是客户主动上门或咨询后联系业务员购买的。这和以往在贷款过程中被强制购买老房贷险的现象形成了鲜明的对比。(来自:长江商报)
