上海年金市场空间很大

    毫无疑问，企业年金市场是一个已经被公认的“富矿”。平安养老保险公司上海分公司相关负责人日前接受采访时表示，“上海市场空间很大，上海老龄化社会的现状会促进企业年金的发展。”

    上述人士还表示，多家公司调研的结果均显示，80%以上的公司表示有计划建立补充养老制度，尽管市场还需要时间培养，一些外资企业的决策流程比较长，需要一定的周期，但很多企业已经开始在内部的准备工作，并预计在2008年将迎来上海市场企业年金的高峰。
