    我的儿子是一名专科毕业生，在哈自谋工作，他的社会保险、医疗保险等都是自己缴纳，是否属于社保补贴范围？刘先生

    市劳动和社会保障局“12333”热线工作人员答复，根据有关规定，灵活就业人员持本人户口、身份证、再就业优惠证原件及复印件，到户籍所在社区劳动保障工作站申报领取社会保险补贴。刘先生的儿子如果证件齐备，即可以领取补贴。
