妻子生育没医疗保险符合条件可用丈夫的

    李女士咨询：我没有医疗保险，在生育时能不能用丈夫的？

    东亚包打听：吉林省社会医疗保险管理局回答，如果男方有吉林省社会医疗保险，而女方没有，并且女方没有工作，按照相关规定，女方可以使用男方的医疗保险。但需要男方的工作单位、社区各提供一份女方无职业的证明，或是女方有失业证，然后带着生育围产保健手册、准生证、男方医保卡、本、女方身份证、照片及所有证件的复印件，到吉林省社会医疗保险管理局窗口办理即可。

    吴先生咨询：我家在入住装修时，小区向我们收垃圾处理费，还要交物业费，请问这是否合理？

    东亚包打听：长春市固体废弃物管理处回答，从2007年1月5日开始，只要是长春市的居民，都要每月每户缴纳3元钱的垃圾处理费，有些小区在物业费里面含有，有些则是单交的，如果吴先生是该小区的住户，并且物业费里不含垃圾处理费，那么小区的收费就是合理的。
