海康保险拟年内增资2亿元

    海康人寿保险有限公司昨日宣布，公司董事会决定向海康保险追加注册资本金2亿元，此番增资后，海康保险的资本金将达8亿元。

    海康保险总经理万维德表示，此举将有力地支持公司进一步业务发展，更好地实施其年初订下的多渠道营销、产品创新、均衡地域发展以及不断提高服务质量等四大发展战略，并为公司的进一步发展奠定基础。

    此前，海康保险总经理万维德在接受本报记者采访时表示，海康将致力于寿险领域的发展，不会涉足财险领域。而养老金年金业务的开展将可能是基本方向。

    海康人寿保险有限公司是荷兰AEGON保险集团与中国海洋石油总公司于2002年5月各出资50%共同组建而成的。自成立以来，海康保险业务发展迅速，保费收入连年翻番，迄今已在北京、江苏和山东设立了省级分公司。
