企业补充养老保险 投保率尚待提高

    90%以上的企业和员工都认识到企业补充养老保险的作用，但投保企业补充养老险的企业却很低，国有企业为39.4%，民营企业只有9.9%。这是今年召开的2007年企业补充养老保险市场调查报告发布会上传出的信息。

    调查显示，没有预算是企业目前还未实施补充养老保险计划最主要的原因，缺乏国家税收优惠政策的鼓励也是部分企业的顾虑。企业选择补充养老保险计划时，最关注的是保险公司的服务和品牌，其次是投资管理能力；而作为计划的受益者员工，最关注的是保险公司的投资管理能力，因为这将影响到其最终获得的养老金水平，其次是保险公司的服务能力。
