3000亿元保险资金可境外投资

    继银监会放行银行系QDII投资海外股市后，《保险资金境外投资管理办法》近期将公布，保监会正在制定相关实施细则。    

    保监会去年底公布《保险资金境外投资管理办法》征求意见稿，最终出台的办法与去年底的征求意见稿差别不大。

    此前，保监会已批准10多家保险公司总计超过50亿美元的购汇投资额度试点。

    根据征求意见稿，保险机构可以运用自有外汇资金和通过购汇取得的外汇资金进行境外投资。投资范围除货币市场工具和固定收益产品之外，还包括股票、股权、股票型基金等权益类产品。

    保险资金境外投资总额不得超过上年末总资产的15%，具体投资比例将施行分类管理。到2006年末，保险业总资产达1.97万亿元，按照15%的投资比例计算，将有近3000亿元保险资金可以“出海”寻找投资渠道。
