保监会:建立高新企业风险数据库

    在昨日召开的“2007金融与高新技术产业发展国际论坛”上，保监会副主席李克穆指出，有关部门将通过推动保险产品创新、逐步建立风险数据库等方式来促进高新技术产业的发展。

    李克穆表示，保险部门将针对高新技术企业的知识产权保护、技术成果转化、产品责任和公众责任等方面的需求，推动保险产品创新；针对高新技术企业的特点，监管部门还将逐步建立和完善企业的风险数据库，科学制定保险企业的费率和标准，促进高新技术企业的发展，为其产品出口提供坚实有力的保险保障。此外，针对外向型高新技术企业，监管部门还会支持保险公司开展多种方式的出口保险费用。

    统计显示，为积极配合“走出去”的发展战略，保险部门近年来已为500多亿美元的出口产品提供了保险服务，100多项大型合作项目得到了保险支持，涉及投资金额达40多亿美元。
