首家外资寿险公司登陆扬州

    扬州首家外资寿险恒安标准人寿江苏分公司扬州营销服务部开业，并为当地带来全新的“职员制”营销模式。50名销售人员代表与恒安标准人寿正式签约，成为扬州寿险市场首批拥有正式劳动合同的寿险理财顾问。

    “职员制”是恒安标准在国内首创的销售模式。与国内寿险公司普遍采用的代理制不同，销售人员在“职员制”体系下，一经正式录用后即签订正式劳动合同，除了“代理制”的直接销售佣金、奖金和间接管理类奖金外，还有固定性的基本工资+误餐补贴+五种社会保险+住房公积金+14天带薪年休假等薪酬福利。

    恒安标准人寿市场部总经理袁通君介绍，到2006年年底，该公司个险销售人员超过1400人。
