中国人寿404条款首年遵循完成

    2007年5月18日，中国人寿保险股份有限公司正式向美国证监会提交2006年度财务报告。在报告中，针对美国萨班斯法案特别是第404条款的要求，公司对截至2006年12月31日与财务报告相关的内部控制出具了内控有效的评估报告。外部审计师针对上述评估工作出具了无保留的审计意见，并对截至2006年12月31日公司与财务报告相关的内控有效性，出具了无保留的审计意见。至此，作为中国首家在美上市金融企业，中国人寿404条款首年遵循工作圆满完成。
