汽车卖了谎称被劫 车险骗赔案今年陡增

    今年一季度，仅人保公司便发生了66起骗保案，涉案金额达253万多元。经调查，共拒赔44起案件，挽回损失近170万元。昨日，市公安局经侦处与人保财险武汉分公司联合成立“打击骗赔联络办公室”，重点打击骗赔行为。

    今年3月，祝某向人保报案，声称其价值42万元的丰田霸道车在今年2月14日被劫。接到报案后，查勘人员赶到现场，根据现场和询问的情况，发现了诸多疑点。公司派出独立调查人跟踪调查发现，祝某欠他人30多万元债务，债主多次催要未果，便要求祝某以车抵债，他便与债主合谋策划了“遭劫骗赔”大戏。

    据市公安局经侦处介绍，不法分子的惯用手法是，冒名顶替骗取赔款，如酒后驾车出事者、无证驾驶者在出事后，立即找其他人顶替；把小事故再撞成大事故，一些小事故，修理厂人为制造大事故，以骗取更多保险金。
