广州缴费不足15年也能领养老金 办法下周公布实施

    中央已经向广州拨款2300万专门用于外来工的职业培训和职业介绍，首批培训任务为4.6万人，按照属地原则向各区企业分配名额。

    建外来工基地提供免费培训

    崔仁泉表示，劳动保障部门将做好职业技能培训工作，促进劳动者素质就业。全面实施城乡退役士兵免费职业技能培训，确保退役士兵受训和就业率两个百分百。大力发展创业培训，“孵化”更多的小老板。推进本市城镇失业人员、“农转居”人员、农村劳动力职业技能培训。推进高技能人才培养工程，实施高技能人才实训基地建设，探索校企结合培养技师、高级技师；年度培养任务为24300人，其中技师、高级技师4300人；加快技校调整改革步伐。

    为尽可能给外来工创造良好的工作、生活条件，广州还计划建立外来农民工培训基地，对入穗求职的外来工提供免费培训。据有关负责人透露，中央已经向广州拨款2300万元专门用于外来工的职业培训和职业介绍，首批培训任务为4.6万人。“只要是外来人员，又在广州就业，就有机会享受这样的免费培训。”该负责人说，“4.6万人按照属地原则向各区企业分配名额。”
