国航进入航意险市场

    昨天国航发布公告称，股东大会批准了国航的八项提案，其中在经营范围中增加“航空意外保险销售代理”的《关于修改公司章程的议案》也以99.9%的高票通过。

    目前我国保监会正在对航意险市场进行整顿，正规的航意险销售代理商将获得更多的机会，而高达30%的代理费，对于航空公司而言也是一块“香饽饽”。

    同时，国航股东大会批准了其2006年度的利润分配方案和股息派发方案，每10股将派发现金红利0.492元。内资股的股息将以人民币支付，H股的股息将以港币支付。
