交强险下月起捆绑

    昨天，国家税务总局、中国保监会负责人就保险机构代收代缴机动车车船税有关问题回答了记者提问。有关负责人表示，除按规定免征车船税的车辆以外，在购买“交强险”时，应按照保险机构所在地的车船税税额标准缴纳车船税；已经缴纳的，要提供完税证明。

    从今年7月1日起，保险机构开具的交强险保单，将包含机动车车船税的完税信息。因此，启用还不到一年的交强险保单也将因此变脸，近日，中国保监会已经下发了修改机动车交通事故责任强制保险保单的通知。

    有关负责人还表示，车主在保险机构缴纳车船税时，应向保险机构提供被保险车辆前次投保的保险单。对于以前年度没有缴纳车船税的，保险机构还要代收代缴以前年度的未缴税款，并从前次“交强险”保单到期日的次日起至购买本年度保险的当日止，分年度按日加收应纳税款万分之五的滞纳金。对于临时上道路行驶、境外临时入境以及距规定的报废期限不足一年而购买短期“交强险”的机动车辆，车船税从“交强险”有效期起始日的当月至截止日的当月按月计算。
