太保集团向旗下产寿险注资27亿

    随着凯雷集团换持太保集团19.9%股权的推进，太保集团近日完成了增资扩股计划，总股本由43亿股增至67亿股。

    本报记者昨日从太保集团了解到，同期，太保集团向太保产险、太保寿险进行了增资，分别注资约7亿元和20亿元，进一步充实了两家子公司的资本实力。目前，两家子公司资本充足，偿付能力符合监管要求。

    对于业界关注的年内赴港上市计划，太保集团方面昨日表示，根据长期发展战略和既定上市目标，太保集团上市计划正在积极推进之中，目前各项工作进展顺利。
