保监会修订外币统计制度 今年7月1日起正式施行

    6月5日，中国保监会发布《关于修订保险外币统计制度有关内容的通知》，对去年年底时印发的保险外币统计制度进行适当调整。

    保监会有关负责人詹景瑞在接受记者采访时表示，此次修订是为了进一步完善保险外币统计制度，加强保险机构外币业务的统计管理，提高外币业务统计信息的质量和可比性，同时便于保监会全面掌握保险业外币资产负债及外币业务情况。

    在被问及此次修订内容是否与即将推出的《保险资金境外投资管理办法》有关，詹景瑞称，“没有联系”，建立保险外币统计制度是保监会一项长期任务。

    据悉，保监会印发的保险外币统计制度，将于2007年7月1日起正式施行，该制度要求保险公司和保险资产管理公司按时向中国保险统计信息系统报送外币统计信息。
