欲从新华人寿"全撤" 东方集团大涨8.1%

    昨日，该股上扬8.1%，达到27.23元。该股昨日刊登拟转让所持新华人寿全部股份的公告：6月6日以通讯方式召开五届十六次董事会，审议通过关于以不低于5.5元/股价格转让公司持有的新华人寿保险股份有限公司(注册资本12亿元，公司持有9628.8万股股份，占总股本的8.024%)全部股份的议案。决定6月28日上午召开2006年度股东大会，审议以上及2006年度利润分配和资本公积金转增股本预案等事项。
