险商加速"圈地" 保险业挖角风起

    保监会近期加速了各保险分支机构的批复速度。记者获悉，在不到半月里，保监会共批复近20家保险分支机构。在上海，有安诚财险、渤海财险、日本财险、光大永明人寿等保险公司正紧锣密鼓筹建分公司。有保险业内人士认为，上海保险市场又将出现一轮“抢人大战”，最先面临挑战的将是大型财寿险机构。    

    一家大型中资财险负责人表示，近期多家保险机构获批筹建分支机构，筹建期内必须满足人员到位，因此各家保险公司如临大敌，生怕自己公司的人被高薪“请”走。一位平安资深保险营销员称，在目前多靠行业间“挖角”满足公司扩张。    

    保险业人士认为，上海保险行业新鲜血液不足成为制约行业发展的“瓶颈”。上海保监局一位负责人称，流动性过快，对于行业发展来说不是好事。保险业是一个年轻的行业，尤其需要稳定专业的人才，营销员一味跳槽只会伤及行业诚信。上海要成为国际金融中心，未来还有更多的保险机构进入，保险专业人员缺口将更加突出。
