宜兴推出农业保险 首个以水稻为试保险种

    昨从宜兴市农林部门获悉，该市首个以水稻为试保险种的农业政策性保险日前正式推出，保费将全部由各级政府进行补贴，农民不需要缴纳一分钱，便可获得最高每亩600多元的赔偿。

    据了解，今年宜兴农业水稻保险覆盖面积将达30万亩，涉及农户56000多户，每亩水稻保费标准为10元。同时，为鼓励发展规模农业，今年该市只对水稻种植规模在3亩以上(含3亩)的农户进行投保。近年来，宜兴在全面减免农业税的同时，通过实行粮食直补、良种补贴和农资增支补贴等优惠政策，农民每年每亩均减负近百元，种粮积极性得到大幅度提高。(无锡日报)
