劳动保障部推出对策应对东部沿海地区"招工难"

    劳动和社会保障部近日发表关于当前劳动力市场供求状况的分析报告，对东部沿海经济发达地区“招工难”现象进行了解析，提出应对“招工难”的对策。

    分析报告认为，农村劳动力供求结构不平衡是导致企业招工难的基础原因。一些企业仍维持原来的用工理念，没有看到新生代的农民工有更强的权益意识，对劳动条件、工资福利待遇、工作环境有更高的要求。目前招工困难的主要是那些条件比较艰苦、经常加班、工资待遇相对较低的企业，而那些待遇较好、管理规范、收入较高的企业依然能够招到工人。

    劳动和社会保障部建议用工企业，加强对农民工就业权益的维护力度，妥善解决拖欠工资、工伤、医疗等基本社会保障问题，改善劳动条件，改变不合时宜的用工观念和用工标准。建议政府部门加强对农村劳动者的职业技能培训，建立覆盖城乡的就业管理服务组织体系。
