    《财经时报》：目前，中国政府在鼓励中国企业积极地参与国际并购，早日实现中国企业国际化，您觉得英国耆卫并购斯堪的亚的案例，有哪些经验值得中国企业借鉴？

    丁瑞德：从资本学或经济学的角度出发，并购必须是能给我们带来更多的价值。

    以英国耆卫并购斯堪的亚为例，由于英国耆卫的主要业务在美洲、英国和南非。而斯堪的亚最大的吸引力在于，其主要业务是在英国和欧洲、亚洲，如法国、德国、中国等国家。

    两家公司业务的重合点只有英国。因此，并购成功后，短时间扩大了英国耆卫的业务经营范围。
