保监会披露五大争议 交强险浮动费率敲定时间紧迫

    保监会：

    将广泛听取意见修改草案

        据了解，目前交强险浮动费率实施已经有成功试点，例如上海。上海实行交强险费率浮动制度3年来，因驾驶记录、事故记录良好，而享受费率优惠的机动车，占到了51.03%；费率没有浮动的机动车占到了38.71%；其余的10.26%的机动车因驾驶记录、事故记录比较差，提高了保险费率。

    袁力表示，每项新制度的实行都有一个渐进的过程。在广泛听取各方面意见的同时，保监会还将对费率浮动办法做进一步的修改，使费率的拟定、上浮的方法能够更加科学合理。

    距7月1日还有6个工作日，而征求意见将截止到6月25日，也就是说留给保监会修改意见的时间最多还有一周，在如此短的时间内，保监会最终能否制定出能让公众欣然接受的费率浮动办法，我们将拭目以待。
