新设立特殊目的再保险公司

    新加坡金融管理局6月18日表示，该局正在酝酿出台一个新的监管框架，该框架将允许成立将风险转移到资本市场的特殊目的再保险公司(SPRV)。

    据悉，新加坡金融管理局在本月初就发布过对所提议框架有所概述的意见咨询函。同时表示，它对这样的证券化公司的功能给予认可，尤其是其在对流行病和自然巨灾有关的风险进行管理时。
