瑞士再保险能源基金完成

    近日，瑞士再保险公司(SwissRe)宣布3.29亿欧元的欧洲清洁能源基金(EuropeanClean

    EnergyFund)已经成功完成。欧洲清洁能源基金是欧洲同类基金中规模最大的基金之一。该

    基金是联合国公认的一种投资工具，为欧洲的一些清洁能源项目提供资金，这些项目很环保

    ，能产生碳信用额或具有可用于交易的可再生能源证书。

    欧洲清洁能源基金从欧洲、加拿大以及美国的机构投资商那里筹集了3.292亿欧元。该

    基金为众多环保型计划，包括风能、太阳能、水电能源、地热能以及废弃物能源化工程，提

    供了夹层资本与股本。

    瑞士再保险公司是该基金的锚定投资者，并担任选定项目的碳顾问。瑞士再保险公司的

    关联企业Conning  ResearchandConsulting将该基金设立在欧洲。法国兴业银行(Societe

    Generale)间接子公司TCW为该基金的投资经理人
