北京市旅游局提醒:盛夏出游别忘买份"意外险"

    随着高考结束及各院校、中小学陆续放暑假，各地进入盛夏出游的高峰期。北京市旅游局28日发出提醒，游客出游勿忘买份“意外险”。

    北京市旅游局相关专家介绍，旅游保险分为旅行社责任险和旅游意外险两大类，旅行社责任险只是针对因旅行社的责任造成的赔偿，它不能涵盖旅游者在旅游期间发生的所有意外事故。由于个人原因、自然原因对游客造成的伤害，只有旅游意外险可以担负赔偿责任。为此，提醒参加旅行团的游客，最好为自己购买一份旅游意外保险，为出行上个“双保险”。

    旅游专家提醒，大众游客应根据自身健康状况，参与比较成熟的、有组织的、有安全保障的大众化探险旅游项目，并严格遵守相关安全注意事项。
