北京明起看病实名制 无医保手册需持"临时证明"

    明天起，参保人员去看病如果不能出示贴完条形码的《手册》，当次就医将不能享受医疗保险待遇，发生的医疗费用不能报销。

    针对一些参保人员因住院医疗费用结算或手工报销等原因，《手册》留存在定点医疗机构或区、县医疗保险经办机构，无法持《手册》就医的情况，北京市医疗保险事务管理中心已要求定点医疗机构或医保经办机构为参保人员提供《北京市基本医疗保险参保人员临时就诊证明》，参保人员就医时可持《临时就诊证明》和《居民身份证》作为就医凭证，享受基本医疗保险待遇。

    有关部门提醒，如果参保人员目前还没有收到条形码，应速到相关部门领取。在企、事业单位参保的职工到参保单位领取；在人才交流中心或职介中心存档并参保的灵活就业人员到存档机构领取；实行社会化管理的退休人员和享受医疗保险补助的灵活就业人员以及选择在社会保障事务所报销医疗费用的退休人员到社会保障事务所领取。
