人保寿险外资持股比例降至20% 将设机构网点

    记者昨日获悉，在完成增资扩股后，人保寿险的外资比例已经由49%降至20%，随后将可在全国范围内铺设机构网点。此前，人保寿险由母公司人保集团持股51%，住友生命、亚洲金融及盘古银行共持有49%股权。在此次增资中，人保财险、人保资产管理公司、人保集团、亚洲金融及盘谷银行分别注资8.12亿元、2900万元、9.69亿元、4500万元及4500万元。出资完成后，人保集团持股维持51%，人保财险占28%，人保资产占1%，外资股东持股比例则降至20%。    中国金融大典

    又讯中国保监会近日公布，截至5月底，全国共有229家保险专业中介机构停止经营保险中介业务，其中包括7家四川的保险代理公司：和信、恒安、安吉、理德、宝德、众鑫、民泰保险代理公司。
