2.598亿股转让给中再保险获批

    昨日，中国保监会发布公告，同意中国财产再保险公司的1.6亿股股份、中再资产管理股份有限公司1.98千万股股份以及中国人寿再保险股份8千万股股份转让给中国再保险公司，共计2.598亿股股份。

    转让后，中国再保险公司共持有中国财产再保险公司公司10.4亿股股份，占中国财产再保险公司公司总股本的71.72%；持有中再资产管理股份有限公司1.2亿万股股份，占中再资产管理股份有限公司总股本的60%；持有中国人寿再保险6.008亿股股份，占中国人寿再保险公司总股本的75.1%。

    日前，北京首旅集团持有的中国财产再保险股份有限公司11.03%股权，已在北京产权交易所网站挂牌，挂牌价格为2.504亿元。
