光大永明推首款团体险

    近日，光大永明人寿推出国内首款团体收入保障保险。该款产品主要是针对企业完善员工福利制度的一款保险保障计划。企业雇员因疾病、意外或工伤而失去工作能力时，该款产品可以提供持续的收入补偿，这样既保障了雇员在丧失工作能力后的薪金收入，同时也有效地控制和转移了企业风险。

    据悉，光大永明团体收入保障保险提供的保障可分为两种类型，一种是因病或者非工伤意外导致完全丧失工作能力，另一种就是因工伤导致丧失工作能力。前者，光大永明最长将会按照保额连续给付五年保险金，而后者，光大永明会根据伤残等级给付不等的保险金。

    有关专家表示，传统的企业福利保障计划多以雇员寿命或健康作为保障对象，一旦雇员因故丧失工作能力，虽然能得到部分赔付，但薪资部分却无法获得补偿。收入保障保险有助于改善企业与雇员间的关系，消除雇员的后顾之忧。
