重疾险标准正式公布出台 中国人寿新老保单对接

    记者从中国人寿保险深圳分公司获悉，《重大疾病保险的疾病定义使用规范》正式公布实施后，占据国内最大市场份额的中国人寿严格按照《规范》的要求开发和管理重疾险新产品，据悉，国寿新险种已报送保监会，待审批通过后将面向全国推广。

    对于新产品面市前产生的老保单，中国人寿表示，将按“最有利于客户利益”的理赔原则，也就是说，将保险合同中重大疾病释义与《规范》对比，如果新定义更有利于客户，公司即按新定义赔付；如果旧定义更有利于客户，公司将按旧定义赔付于老保单的客户。
