中再集团将大力发展巨灾风险保险和农业再保险

    中再集团有关人士日前表示，加快建立巨灾风险保险体系和农业再保险体系，充分发挥再保险的社会管理职能，是《中国再保险市场发展规划》的重点内容，中再集团有能力也有实力在这些领域有所作为。

    中再集团专家分析，刚刚出台的再保市场发展规划中，有多处提到建立巨灾风险保险体系和农业再保险体系。

    中再集团人士认为，当前中国的保险市场处于快速发展时期，构建巨灾风险与农业再保险体系处于天时、地利、人和的最佳条件之下。

    针对构建巨灾风险和农业再保险体系，中再集团提出以下建议：一是政府支持；二是资金支持；三是积极借鉴国外经验；四是大胆探索中国特色巨灾保险和农业再保险体系。
