保监会主席吴定富:两个轮子均需防范资本市场风险

    投连险故事不能重复

    资本市场变化对保险业的影响绝非仅限于资金运用,对保险业的另一个"轮子"——保险业务的影响亦已引起监管部门警觉。

    吴定富表示,随着资本市场的向好和国内居民储蓄存款的下降,各家保险公司均加强了投资理财型保险产品的研发和营销,投资连结和万能险产品成为拉动寿险业务较快增长的重要原因。

    在炽热股市之下,投连险成为寿险公司保费收入快速上升的法宝。去年底以来,超过10家保险公司申请开办投连险账户,而主角一直是合资寿险公司。保监会5月份数据显示,在大打投连牌的瑞泰、信诚等保费收入一路飘红之际,中国人寿和中国平安的保费收入较去年同期均呈现下滑。

    但几年前的投连险风波监管部门心有余悸。吴定富说,各公司不能忘记研究和应对资本市场变化对投资型保险产品的影响,发展投资连结、万能等投资型保险业务的速度和规模要与公司管理水平和风险控制能力相适应。

    "要汲取前些年投资连结产品在部分地区发生大面积退保的教训。防止因销售误导损害被保险人利益,导致业务的大起大落。"吴定富提醒。
