上半月社保医疗费 基金支付690万元

    记者昨日从东莞市社会保障局获悉，东莞89.2万农医保原A档参保人已成功转为B档参保，本月前半月，农医保基金已为参保住院人支付了690多万元。

    社保局相关负责人介绍，农医保政策调整后，东莞110.5万人全部实现了B档参保，覆盖率为100%。新的农医保年度从7月1日开始生效，到7月16日，农医保参保人住院3304人次，总的医疗费1349万元，基金支付了690多万元。

    社保部门相关负责人同时提醒农医保参保人，虽然农医保的待遇提高了，但农医保的基金有限，只能提供最基本医疗保障，医疗费用中参保人需要自己负担起付金、自费药品和诊疗项目等费用。参保人要尽量“少花钱治好病”：看门诊就能治好的病最好不要住院；.住院起付金根据定点医院的级别不同而有差异，市内医院比市外医院低得多，报销比例也相对较高；尽可能使用报销范围内的诊疗项目和药品。
