保监会调整险资入市政策 保险资金获准投ST股

    昨天，记者从几家保险公司证实，保监会对保险资金入市政策再次作出的调整中，除提高直接投资A股比例至10%外，保险资金还获准投资ST类股票与过去12个月中涨幅超过100%的蓝筹股。

    知情人士透露，上周五，各保险资产管理公司收到了保监会《关于股票投资有关问题的通知》的正式文件。

    保监会允许保险资金投资ST股票，但需把投资方案上报监管部门。此外，保险资金还可以投资股票价格在过去12个月中涨幅超过100%的股票，投资只限定于蓝筹股范围。

    保监会内部人士透露，截至6月底，保险资金运用余额达到2.31万亿元，实现收益1374亿元，同比增长260%，其中，基金、股票和未上市股权投资实现的收益占到总收益的72.9%。显然，保险资金进入资本市场收益颇丰，“松绑”符合市场发展趋势。

    中国人寿内部人士分析，监管部门放行保险资金投资ST类股符合市场需求，因为许多ST股经过重组后股票价值已经出现质的变化。
