山东开展保险理赔帮助灾区恢复生产生活

    18日，山东遭遇特大暴雨灾害后，山东保监局迅速启动重大突发事件应急预案，组织各家保险公司立即开展灾害查勘理赔，帮助受灾企业和群众尽快恢复生产生活。

    7月18日，山东出现入汛以来第一次强降水。截至目前，灾害已造成31人死亡，8人失踪，173人受伤，全省倒塌房屋近700间，5800多户农民被淹，造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失。其中，济南、青岛损失较为严重。

    据初步统计，截至7月19日12时，驻济各保险公司共接受车险报案3600多起，企业财险报案200多起。

    为指导全省保险业救灾，山东保监局19日启动重大突发事件应急预案，下发紧急通知要求全省保险业主动、迅速查清承保人员伤亡和财产受损情况，积极开展查勘理赔，配合各级党委、政府做好防汛抗灾。同时，建立快速理赔通道，及时合理地进行保险理赔和给付。

    其中，济南银座地下购物广场因大量雨水涌进，财产损失严重。天安保险山东省分公司承保银座地下购物广场的商业楼宇一切险、公众责任险、停车场停车保险，总赔偿限额为5000万元。

    灾害发生后，天安保险山东省分公司在未接到报案的情况下就及时派出相关人员赶赴现场查勘受损情况，迅速启动汛期大灾理赔处理预案，成立灾害处理领导小组，实施24小时值班，并由总公司理赔专家和全省抽调的10名理赔骨干人员组成查勘理赔工作小组。目前，工作小组正深入第一现场，施救、查勘工作正在紧张有序地进行当中。
