海南试点推行6种农业保险

    海南省赶在台风来临之前，紧急推出今年农业保险试点方案，公布了6个主要险种。海南省财政为此拿出1600万元给投保的农民进行保费补贴，以及承担部分农险超赔责任。

    今年农业保险试点的险种包括橡胶树风灾保险、香蕉风灾保险、生猪保险、渔船全损保险、渔民海上人身意外伤害保险以及船东雇主责任保险。各市县根据各自情况，所推行的农业保险试点有所不同，橡胶树风灾保险在万宁、琼中试点，香蕉风灾保险在乐东、澄迈试点，生猪保险在海口、三亚试点，渔船全损保险、渔民海上人身意外伤害保险与船东雇主责任保险在全省沿海各市县试点。

    橡胶树风灾保险、香蕉风灾保险、生猪保险和渔船全损保险的保费由农户自缴70%，省财政补贴30%；渔民海上人身意外伤害保险和船东雇主责任保险的保费，由船东为所雇渔民每份自缴80%，省财政补贴20%。试点期间，经营橡胶树、香蕉、生猪的共保体因重特大自然灾害赔款发生亏损，省财政根据风险分担责任承担部分超赔责任。各共保体将于今年8月至9月集中受理保单，财政部门审核拨付保费补贴。
