天安保险成立慈善基金会

    记者昨日获悉，7月20日天安保险慈善基金会成立大会及慈善基金会理事、监事第一次全体会议在上海召开。

    天安保险慈善基金会(简称“天慈基金会”)目前尚属于公司内部管理的非法人非公募基金会，天安保险已按照《基金会管理条例》规定，加强管理和风险控制、规范运作，并计划通过不断积累经验，强化管理，力争条件成熟时再注册办理全国性的非公募基金会。

    由天安保险董事长陈剖建担任天慈基金会主席团主席，他表示，基金会的管理要相对独立，并于每年向全体股东和员工汇报年度财务状况，任何事项须经全体股东和全体员工集体讨论通过。
