保监会:鼓励优质资本投资保险业

    "随着保险业的发展，社会资本投资保险的热情也在不断高涨。其中既有国有资本，也有民营资本。”“保监会将逐步完善市场准入机制，建立公开、透明、规范的审批程序，同时欢迎各类优质的资本投资到保险业。”

    中国保监会新闻发言人袁力在24日召开的二季度新闻发布会上如是说。    

    对于社会资本参与保险业，袁力强调要符合三个条件：一是资本实力雄厚；二是具有持续出资能力；三是以战略投资为目的。因为只有这样规定，才能够“形成国有经济与民营经济共同参与保险业发展的局面”。
