中国保监会批准泰康资产管理香港公司筹建

    中国保监会27日公布批复，原则同意泰康资产管理有限责任公司在香港设立一家资产管理公司，注册资本1500万港币。

    这将是内地第三家保险机构赴港设立资产管理公司，搭建海外投资的专业化平台。

    去年以来，中国人寿资产管理(香港)有限公司和平安资产管理(香港)有限公司已先后在香港成立，在国际资本市场上率先取得了资金运用“通行证”。

    随着保险业QDII政策的出台，作为国际金融中心的香港也日益受到内地保险机构的重视。通过在香港设立资产管理公司，可以搭建国际一流的投资平台，向建立全球性资产配置和国际领先的投资管理平台方向发展。

    泰康资产管理有限责任公司2006年3月成立，注册资本金为1.5亿元，由泰康人寿保险公司和中诚信托投资有限责任公司共同设立。
