中再保险集团力争年内A+H上市

    中国再保险(集团)公司总经理刘京生近日表示，中国保监会7月11日发布的《中国再保险市场发展规划》为再保险行业描绘了发展蓝图。作为目前国内唯一的中资再保险集团，中再正在抓紧重组改制工作，未来力争打造成具有国际竞争力的大型再保集团。

    据了解，中再集团于4月11日获得中央汇金公司40亿美元注资后，正在抓紧重组改制工作，近期目标是今年内完成A＋H股上市，引进国际战略投资者。目前，上市工作正有条不紊地进行，中再股份不日将挂牌。
