中国平安:210万股限售股场外交易告吹

    中国平安210万股限售股拟打折出售一事有了新进展。记者昨日发现，原本挂在中国产权交易所网站上的有关中国平安210万股限售股有意转让的信息已被删除。经记者电话查询，原受托联系方承认项目违规，并已取消了该项目。

    本报7月27日B1版报道了中国平安210万股限售法人股惊现场外交易的事件。某机构因急需资金，拟委托福州易丰正业投资管理顾问有限公司，联系安排中国平安明年2月份才能上市流通的210万股限售股转让事宜，意向转让价格为60元/股，较7月26日中国平安流通股的收盘价折让约25%。

    而根据国务院办公厅去年底发布的《关于严厉打击非法发行股票和非法经营证券业务有关问题的通知》中的有关规定，严禁任何公司股东自行或委托他人以公开方式向社会公众转让股票。违反上述规定的，应坚决予以取缔，并依法追究法律责任。

    原受托联系方福州易丰正业投资管理顾问有限公司杨小姐在接受记者采访时解释称，原先公司并不知道此事违反国家的有关法规，现在清楚了并已取消了该项目
