再失业能享社保补贴 持相关材料到社保所就能申请

    申请灵活就业社保补贴程序    

    1带上《身份证》、《再就业优惠证》，残疾人需提交《中华人民共和国残疾人证》、《北京市城镇失业人员就业登记卡》(复印件)。

    2到户口所在地街道(乡镇)“社保所”，交以上材料。

    3填写《审批表》。

    4等待审批后，在共计27个工作日内，符合条件的将由社保所通知到申请人。        

    17种情形停止补贴

    自谋职业    

    1.未按规定向社保所报告就业状况超过30日。

    2.未按时、足额缴纳个人应负担的社会保险费超过30日。

    3.因各种原因歇业、停业、转租以及个体营业执照未通过年检。

    4.个人提出高于规定标准，享受社会保险补贴。

    5.已实现其他形式就业。

    6.自谋职业自主创业  社会保险补贴期满。

    7.达到国家规定的退休年龄或已享受基本养老保险待遇。

    8.弄虚作假，骗取社保补贴。

    9.违反法律、行政法规及有关文件规定的其他情形。

      灵活就业    

    1.与用人单位建立劳动关系、签订《劳动合同》。

    2.停止灵活就业。

    3.不按规定及时、足额缴纳个人应承担的社会保险费超过30日。

    4.无正当理由未按规定报告灵活就业情况超过30日。

    5.灵活就业社会保险补贴期满。

    6.已正式办理退休手续或达到法定退休年龄。

    7.弄虚作假，骗取灵活就业社会保险补贴。

    8.违反法律、行政法规及有关文件规定的其他情形。
