    为何无法购买社保？

    谢先生来电询问：谢先生的夫人在布吉某服装公司专柜工作，已经工作一年多了。由于这家公司是佛山的，老板表示无法为深圳的员工买社会保险。真有这样的规定吗？

    社保局答复：

    有批文的企业才能在深申购社保

    社保局咨询专线工作人员答复：根据谢先生所说的情况，如果该专柜只是佛山总公司派驻深圳的一个销售点，没有正式的政府批文，员工的社保购买只能跟佛山的政策走，无法在深圳申购社会保险。
