500多万优抚对象今起享城乡医保 平均年龄超60岁

    国家民政部今天上午发布消息称，《优抚对象医疗保障办法》今起实施，全国500多万优抚对象将按属地政策参加城乡基本医疗保障制度，享受到略高于一般社会成员的医疗待遇。据悉，这些优抚对象平均年龄超过60岁。  

    “办法”明确，优抚对象按属地政策参加城镇职工基本医疗保险、城市居民基本医疗保险和新型农村合作医疗等城乡基本医疗保障制度。

    “办法”内所称的优抚对象为：退出现役的残疾军人、在乡老复员军人、带病回乡退伍军人，以及享受国家抚恤和生活补助的烈士遗属、因公牺牲军人遗属、病故军人遗属等。

    “办法”要求中央和地方共同负担优抚对象的特殊医疗补助。
