保监会启动生猪保险 每头保险金额为1000元

    今天(8月2日)上午，为平抑猪肉价格，中国保险监督委员会正式启动了生猪保险。保监会财险部官员宣布，目前确定重点保险的能繁母猪每头保额为1000元，保费为60元。其中，政府补贴48元，农户自己出12元。

    今年以来，猪肉价格出现了大幅度上涨，这已经成为社会各方面关注的热点和焦点问题。造成猪肉上涨的诸多因素就包括这几年价格过低、猪蓝耳疫病、饲养成本过高等原因。今年下半年，生猪生产和供需形势仍相当严峻。

    保监会介绍，生猪保险工作上午启动，现阶段试点工作主要由人保财险、中华联合、安华农业险以及阳光农业在各自经营区域内进行。各试点公司正在开发价格统一、操作性强的能繁母猪保险产品。能繁母猪保险金额每头为1000元，保费为每头60元。其中各级政府负担48元，保户自己出12元。

    据悉，能繁母猪的保险责任包括洪水、台风、暴雨、雷击等自然灾害；蓝耳病、猪瘟、猪链球菌等重大病害以及泥石流、山体滑坡、火灾、建筑物倒塌等意外事故。第一阶段保险将覆盖农业部门确定的出栏生猪100万头以上的养猪大县。保监会表示，对于惜赔、少赔、拖延赔付等损害农户利益的行为，对于擅自更改生猪保险费率以及扰乱市场秩序的行为，要立即取消经营资格。同时，生猪保险再保险上午也同时启动，这将进一步保障生猪保险的安全。
